Exciting Weekend

Lots going on this weekend as two of our cherished elders, Eric Hoffman and Colten Marble, take the leap into the so-called "real world". Eric will be graduating from UNC while Colten will be graduating from NC State. Both graduated magna cum laude and at the top of their classes. Future plans are unknown for Eric but one of this three degrees was in Library Science so we can only assume he is looking to the field of librarianism. Colten will continue to dominate in his field of recreation specialist. Past results have shown he performing at the top of his game (some say he has the talent to rival the most respected in the field, Daniel Vaught).
In other news, up and coming elder, Garrett Carter (a.k.a. Drunk Uncle Bob, a.k.a. Tree Pisser) and his Appalachian State Mountaineers contend for the Div I AAAAA State Title. This is the same die hard fan who drove to LSU and back in a weekend just to see them play. Good Luck. Rumor on the street is that he has not taken off or washed his famed jersey in weeks.
Unrelated to the elders, we would like to welcome back to the US of A Sarah Zimmerman. We were originally very excited to have her graduate (and on time) but even more suprised she has made it back to Chapel Thrill and having no major incidents during her 6 month stint in Europa. (she even survived Amsterdam). Welcome Home.
We are also welcoming home someone very dear to us elders, Claire "cracky" Dorrier. She has also been out of the states for the past semester. Claire resided in Sydney, Australia and is currently looking for a place to live for the next semester. If anyone has extra room on their couch or knows of someone that does Claire would be willing to bargin. A VERY big event has happened in Claire's life while she was gone. No, she did not get married. YES she is finally of legal age. This means no more sneaking her into bars or worrying about her ID being taken or even having to buy her beer. Congrats Claire!! Keep on truckin!
