I'll be in that stadium all weekend!! If this kind of event interest you, there is a similar event put on by All About Beer Magazine in Downtown Durham. This beer fest is the following weekend, Oct 7. Some might be skeptical of Dirty Durham but the event will be in the newly renovated American Tobacco Warehouses which I garuantee you will be impressed by. Its right across from the Bulls Stadium. Both events are correct in that tickets sell out as I learned the hard way in last years Raleigh event. Of course mi casa es su casa so feel free to check out the new crib before its seen on Cribs .

Following that trend, I would like to suggest a trip to Helen, GA for another Oktoberfest in a "real" bavarian town. Everything in this town in German-like including putt putt, Wendys, and Huddle House. We went last year for 1 night and it was awesome. Think He's Not Blue Cups at every bar for $4. Hotel was cheap and rumor is countless coeds from UGA/GTech make a showing. I suggest a weekend UGA has a bye or away game. This event runs from Sept 14-Nov 5
